Cashew Chai Smoothie

Prep: 5 minutes – Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened cashew milk (or any nut milk)
  • 8 shakes 10th Avenue Tea Chai Instant Powder 
  • 2 T Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2T Hemp hearts or whey protein powder
  • 1 T Cashew butter
  • 1 T Chia seeds
  • ½ t Ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 Medjool dates for sweetness
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handful Ice

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
