Prep: 5 minutes – Yield: 1 smoothie
- 1 C milk of your choice
- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
- 5 shakes 10th Avenue Tea Green Instant Powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T granola
- Put milk, blueberries, tea and banana into blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into bowl.
- Garnish with chia seeds and granola.
