• 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • ¾ cup liquid sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
  • 10-14 drops stevia liquid
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, liquefied
  • 1½ teaspoon 10th Avenue Tea Green Tea Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon mineral greens (chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, etc.)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
Mix flours, matcha, mineral greens, and salt until combined.  In another bowl, combine the oil, sweetener, stevia, eggs, and vanilla until combined.  Gradually add the flour into the wet mixture.  Form 1-inch balls and slightly flatten them on a greased pan.  Bake at 375 F degrees for 10-12 minutes.  Makes about 20 cookies.
