- 1 ½ oz. Dark rum
- 2 oz. Coconut milk (full fat)
- ¾ oz. Honey syrup
- 8 shakes 10th Avenue 10th Avenue Tea Chai Instant Powder
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake 30 seconds.
- Strain into martini glass and serve.
To Make Honey Syrup: Mix ¼ cup hot water and ¼ cup honey in small bowl until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool. Syrup can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
