Chai Overnight Oats

Prep: 5 minutes – Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • One glass jar with lid
  • 1/2 C rolled oats
  • 2 t of chia seeds
  • 1 C chia seeds
  • 1 C milk (nut milk or cow’s milk)
  • 1 T chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 t 10th Avenue Tea Chai tea powder
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • 1 t agave nectar

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to jar.
  2. Shake vigorously and store in fridge overnight.
